Review on 🔧 High-Performance JRL Carburetor for Tecumseh 632334A HM70 HMSK80 HMSK90 by Brian Krump

I was skeptical about the $13 carburetor made in China but worked great on my old 1980's Ariens 8hp Tecumseh snowblower. I wish I knew these carbs were available at such a low price last year. Spent most of the day last winter rebuilding the original carburettor and cleaning the injectors but was still struggling with float problems and engine surging while running. This carb arrived quickly, bolted on, no problems threading. Fired up on the first puff and only had to adjust the mixture screw at the bottom of the bowl to get it working properly. This mixture screw is not on the original carburettor, so it was a very nice touch. Used a snow blower recently and cleared about 6 driveways with no problems. Throw the snow farther than ever :). Very satisfied. I would also recommend using non-ethanol fuel as ethanol quickly sticks the carburetor together even when drained for storage. It is also recommended to install an in-line fuel filter to prevent debris from clogging the injectors. The jets in these carburetors are very small and a grain of sand or dirt is enough to clog them.
