As an SPA team we had to implement analytics for our website as well API integrations with third party services like Twilio SMS service provider which was quite difficult at first but later got used to it very easily even without much training! Very good tool once you have your basics down pat - I think most people will be able solve their problems by getting help from support teams via slack or email when there are any issues (which is what 99% cases endup being).
If anyone wants quick insights into how things work in general then this would come handy but otherwise its not worth using if only because of ease/speed factor unless they require something else specific than just insight knowledge about calls etc.
