It is very easy for our organization, we are able use it in conjunction with Microsoft 365 allowing us access remotely via video call when needed as well!! This has helped immensely so far I am sure more benefits will come about once this product becomes integrated into other areas of life at Home Instead Senior Living. We love that they have such amazing support if you ever need help or assistance using their system which there was not even available prior to purchasing MedFlyT. !
