Great solution and better than paper charts

The system made it easy to get up-to -date information regarding my patients from past administrations with me. It has been difficult getting access for our team, in part because of HIPAA compliance issues (we use electronic medical records as well). If you are looking at implementing an EMR or CMS like environment this is one I would look into using versus developing internally! Great Platform For Our Organization

The Medflyt platform is a great solution for our home care organization. It has helped us to streamline our process and make our work environment more efficient. The platform makes it easy to manage our team and our patients. The customer service is also excellent. The platform is easy to use and the support is always there if we need it. Great product & excellent Customer Service

I like that MedFly is easy to use, has all of my health insurance forms at one place; allows you can add additional information as it comes in from other sources (iPad App); also great customer service support! Very helpful for when we need an extra copy or clarification - they get back with us quickly so no issues there!! Our nurses are able have access while out nursing patients by using iPads/Tablets instead of paper documents etc.. This makes our jobs easier since now the paperwork does not

Great Software and Excellent Customer Service

Everything from scheduling appointments to medication refills! It is very easy for our organization, we are able use it in conjunction with Microsoft 365 allowing us access remotely via video call when needed as well!! This has helped immensely so far I am sure more benefits will come about once this product becomes integrated into other areas of life at Home Instead Senior Living. Wouldn’t go anywhere without these guys and wonde

Great customer service, knowledge of many products that is helpful to use when finding solutions for problems or questions you may have with any product we are using in our facilities! They can be very slow at times because there seems like it's taking them forever just trying something simple such as adding an image into their system but they really do try hard sometimes even calling back multiple people if needed until someone gets through quickly enough!!
