I like that MedFly is easy to use, has all of my health insurance forms at one place; allows you can add additional information as it comes in from other sources (iPad App); also great customer service support! Very helpful for when we need an extra copy or clarification - they get back with us quickly so no issues there!! Everything from scheduling appointments to medication refills! It is very easy for our organization, we are able use it in conjunction with Microsoft 365 allowing us access remotely via video call when needed as well!! Great customer service, knowledge of many products that is helpful to use when finding solutions for problems or questions you may have with any product we are using in our facilities!
