The system made it easy to get up-to -date information regarding my patients from past administrations with me. It has been difficult getting access for our team, in part because of HIPAA compliance issues (we use electronic medical records as well). If you are looking at implementing an EMR or CMS like environment this is one I would look into using versus developing internally! We were struggling finding ways within our organization that we could keep track if multiple providers who saw different aspects of each condition/patient throughout their treatment cycle. Medflight enabled us do so without having to develop new tracking software which saved time! The ease of use, how easy it is to add new clients/patients, etc! I wish they had more reporting options available for billing. Not much that we dislike at this time. Would like to see some additional reports from the system but overall very user friendly software with an excellent support team to assist you if needed. Tracking patients' appointments as well as all other documentation needs are easily done in one place.
