We started using Lead IQ as our salesforce platform. I have to say that their customer service and support team is second to none! Their team works tirelessly everyday to ensure we are getting the best out of each member of our team. The Lead IQ product has enabled us to better understand our prospects' needs and expectations. It's also helped us track qualified leads across all channels. It's great to be able to see how our email campaigns are performing and where our pipeline lies at any given time. Lead IQ is great for tracking our qualified leads, but they need to improve the ability to add more information to a lead without having to ask first. We use Lead IQ daily to monitor our pipeline. They provide us with insight into who is currently engaged in a conversation with us and what opportunities we can be developing. This software has been very beneficial to my business! It's not only easy for me but also helps people I'm working with find leads as well! My favorite part of this product so far it that you can customize everything about your profile page too!! The best thing about Leadin' IQ are their customer service team who always try to help out whenever there needs arises. Nothing at all! Great program if used properly will definitely be able to track down any kind of prospect or client within minutes. !
