Remote Access & Helpdesk Support Services

I have used this firm many times over my career to provide remote access services as well as help with computer problems that require more than just troubleshooting software issues or hardware upgrades/migrations from one platform to another (i.e., Office 365 migration). They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of technology including networking protocols such as VPNs and WAN optimization techniques which makes them ideal candidates when it comes time to implement new solutions into our environment. We use their team quite often because they can solve any problem we throw at them without having us wait weeks if not months while other firms try to figure out how best to resolve those types of challenges. There isn't anything really bad i would say but sometimes you need someone who has experience working remotely so its nice that there's always somebody available via phone call should something come up unexpectedly during business hours.

  • The people! Both management staff plus associates work extremely hard for me whenever needed whether by email / telephone contact through live chat etc..etc...to get things done in an expedited manner where others wouldn’t be able too given current circumstances like travel schedules & personal obligations outside normal office operating windows..a rarity among most customer service minded folks these days!!!!!
