Worked for 2011 F150
As mentioned this works for 2011 and 2012 F150. I thought the engine was just replacing the current engine, it's not. This is a full replacement. The truck's vacuum hose connects to the new pump and you simply connect the old electrical end to the new one. You then need to somehow install it behind the headlight. I originally used the zip ties in the picture (to see if it works) and later installed them on a piece of metal I made (no actual photos). Has been working for a few weeks with no problems.
