The product works great, fits perfectly under my fridge to clean the coils, the fridge is much quieter and doesn't run as long, the product could have been a bit longer, maybe 4 inches but that's ok, i only lifted the front of the fridge with the leveling screws so i could reach the back, shipping was fast, the product could have been better packaged for shipping as it was completely bent in half, not damaged The product is pliable and should last a long time if only used twice a year to clean under the fridge. The handle length is 7 inches, with a hanging hole, the cleaning end is about 20 inches long and 2.5 inches at its thickest point tapering to about an inch with rubber tip at the end, overall I am satisfied, I would order this product again.
