I like that they have an API integration with Salesforce so we can easily pull in our customer info as well as other third party systems such as Zendesk or Hubspot. The support team at Aparaviclient are also very friendly and easy to work with when having technical issues such as connecting through VPNs or using external APIs. It's not always clear what will happen if you do something wrong during your trial period but just be patient (or talk directly to them) - they're great! Integrating with 3rd parties such as Slack and Zapier has been useful too.
