I thought I did enough research before purchasing but this interface does not work with the updated Sony system installed in my 2012 Ford Focus Titanium. The Sony upgrade was a good factory option, but now I regret not having this Tesla-style tablet. I have to install and work with the tab and it's impressive. The feature list is amazing! I'd also like to add that I was impressed that this kit was almost half the price of the others and came with ridiculous instructions, but the other (more expensive kit from another supplier) didn't cut it for the price. everything, so glory there. It didn't take me long to figure out which pins went where. So if you're even minimally inclined you can count the pins and put it all together which is why I gave it 4 stars. The packaging is excellent and I trust this seller again. In general, it takes around 1-2 hours to install, and you can even watch a video to learn how to remove dashboard.
