Very light!: Cookware

Just got my frying pan and cleaned it. This is a very nice frying pan replacing a very old non-stick frying pan due to wear and tear. with an old non-stick coating that is beginning to peel off. I've been interested in copper-added ceramics, and the price of this pan makes it worth trying. It says on the box (right next to the lid in the picture) that it can be used in the oven up to 550 degrees. However, this box has the "fine print" that clarifies that the glass lid is only oven safe to 350 degrees. I like the idea of an induction cooker. While I don't have an induction stovetop, it's still nice to know that this large capacity pan can travel well and work well on any stovetop, say if you're traveling to another house on holiday. The color is modern and appealing. It looks exactly like fake copper, which isn't a complaint, but I don't want you to read my review and think that I said it looks like real copper. Real copper needs regular polishing to maintain this look. Real copper can be colored well. This pan has a non-stick coating on the outside. If you clean the outside as well as the inside, this pan will keep its appearance throughout its lifetime. Finally, my concern. This pan is incredibly light. It's not going to be a pot to toss in your pot and pan cabinet. I don't think you need to be careful with this, but I know how to handle a large pan on the ground and I'm pretty sure the pan won't hold up being pushed with iron pans or thrown into water. Bathroom sink. The Wear Ever pan that I threw away when it arrived was also aluminum and had the same capacity but was at least 50% heavier. I haven't cooked on it yet though, so I can't comment on that. this aspect. Because of the thicker bottom and heat distribution, I expect his pan to cook well. I usually make a few meals for my wife and I using this pan and sauce for cookies and gravy when we have guests over the holidays. I will update my review of this pan after using it and then again after using it for about a year. For the price and what I've seen so far, I would definitely recommend this pan for a large capacity (3lb ground beef). , 3 liters of sauce) boil. None of these features will be difficult to manage in this pan.
