A few things I really dislike about them though: They are SUPER light and unbalanced: the handle is really long and not ergonomic so they can tip over when there's nothing in them (which you've been waiting for). I should have noticed that the product and packaging weighed 5.3lbs. I can only assume all packaging was included in the weight of the item. In fact, according to my grocery scale, the combined weight of the pan and lid is just under 4 pounds, while the pan itself only weighs about 2 pounds. It came in a SHINEEURI box with all packaging materials and also arrived in an outer brown Revain box so I was amazed when I unpacked the pot and found a nick (dent + stripped cover) in the middle of the bottom of the pot! I have several Copper Chef and Red Copper cookware and I can tell you it's just as nice but 40% cheaper! Food slides off instantly, cleaning is as easy as warm water and a sponge; dry and clean. Mine was packaged very securely, everything was perfect out of the box, used same day. After using another copper cookware I've owned for over a year, it's time to replace my entire set.
