The frying pan arrived quickly. It came in a SHINEEURI box with all packaging materials and also arrived in an outer brown Revain box so I was amazed when I unpacked the pot and found a nick (dent + stripped cover) in the middle of the bottom of the pot! The frying pan must have taken a bad beating to cause damage like this: it's not just a scratch, it's a real dent. This is so disappointing. The pan is beautiful, the lid fits. This is exactly what I wanted, but not in this condition. None of the shipping boxes were damaged and the inner packaging material was adequate. This convinces me that the pan was damaged before it was boxed by SHINEURI, or that it was previously sent back to Revain and then 'sold on' as a new pan. Either way, what a pity! :-( Unfortunately, the return is cumbersome.
