First a little background: I work on many projects that require using many ports on my PC. Like most non-standard PCs, my computer doesn't have a MicroSD/SD card reader, which makes some projects extremely difficult or impossible to work on. I have 13 USB ports on my PC and need 15 to be permanently connected. I've encountered many issues in the past where I've had to sacrifice a USB port or two to add something else I need. Another problem I have is that out of the 13 USB ports I have, 5 don't provide enough power for some of the more power hungry devices like external drives or recording devices. So what should I do? I had 13 ports, 8 of which provided enough power for what I needed, but I had 15 devices to connect, should I just disconnect and reconnect the devices? nope! This small and easy-to-use hub allowed me to connect the 2 additional devices I needed, and since the hub is USB-C powered, those extra 3 USB ports on the hub actually provide more than enough power for my power-hungry devices . I connected all my devices, including SD cards and such, and experienced absolutely no drop in transfer speeds. The quality of materials is good, it's bulky and feels sturdy, with rubber feet to keep it from sliding off my desk. The additional Ethernet port and HDMI capabilities also set this hub apart from the rest, the value for money here is insane! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a small USB hub with lots of cool features.
