So here are the basic instructions on how to stick it to your mouth. Boil some water and then remove the water from the heat. This should be enough to submerge the Kappa in water. Fill a small bowl with cold water.2. Submerge the kappa in boiling water for about 30 seconds. Use the clock to tell the time.3. Use tongs to remove the protective cover from the boiling water, then place it in cold water for a second. It takes too long to insert and you have to repeat the process because it is not that resilient.4. Put it in your mouth NOW NOW NOW and bite into it. Too much pressure in your mouth at this point will cause your teeth to come out completely and you will have to buy a new one. It's fairly durable, though, so don't be afraid to push it down a bit. While it's in your mouth, insert it into your front teeth (finger pressure, lip pressure, or both will do), squeeze gently, and suck out the water. The whole process takes about 30 seconds.6. Place in cold water again. Check compliance. If you feel uncomfortable with this, repeat the entire process. I had to redo the adjustment because I didn't like the feel of the back of my mouth. If you want to wrestle or fight, you need something incredibly durable. If you're about to run and afraid of a crash landing that will make your mouth hard, this mouthpiece isn't for you. BEST PRO: This is a mouthpiece that will make you feel confident just by putting it in your mouth. It is very practical and offers the necessary protection. WORST CONS: Breathability.
