Too big to fit comfortably in mouth. I feel like throwing up putting this on. I only have top protection and it works great.

So. I think most people don't know what a good mouthguard is. Spring. This one isn't even decent. Literally threw it in the trash. If you like it I'm happy for you

Fits well, had to be shortened to fit. Overall it's good, but too bulky for me, so I also bought a mouthguard. I haven't had to use it in sparring yet, so I'm not sure how good it is for that yet. Although molding was easier and faster than other brands.

Two big problems with the mouthpiece. 1. Too fat. Even when biting, it spreads your jaw slightly, which is a problem if you get hit in the jaw.2. The hard outer lid is rough after I've cooked it. So it scratches the inside of your lips when you get hit.

Serves its purpose. I cooked it and brought it to my mouth and now it fits just right. It's big, which means it's a little breathable because you really have to breathe through those little airflow holes. The size also makes it more stable and less likely to fall out. I think it's much safer than standard mouth guards although I can't find any research on the 2 types. I haven't struggled with that yet. old athlete.
