Loved this knife so much until tonight. Had the knife since end of March, just over 2 months, outside of the return window of course, and this happened (pictures included) when cutting a slice of soft cheese. I truly love the blade.UPDATED: I reached out to the seller and they have replaced the knife. We've had it now 3 months and no issues. Still the best knife in our kitchen.
