Great product! Excellent customer service! At first we just bought a cheap vibrating collar, but after a few weeks we decided to get an earth fence. It was perfect with the fence and the shock and vibration training collar! Much more efficient than the cheaper one. Our 6 month old pup was border trained within the first 2 days of installation. The remote and collar won't stay charged for more than 2 days, but it's easy to plug into the charger like a cellphone every night! Different settings from 1 to 10 help in learning and it's rare to go over 5. Would buy it again!
