Badges of good quality and I also liked that they were matte black rather than the gloss black of the original Ford badges. A couple of original Ford emblems for comparison and the Ford emblems had a few scratches all over the front of the emblem. The scratches from the official Ford emblems were most likely caused by the packaging the emblems come in which is just a large plastic bag that offers no protection for the emblems. To make matters worse, the glossy surface is also susceptible to additional scratches. The packaging of these emblems has been well put together to protect and hold the pair of emblems in place to prevent them from moving around in the plastic bag it came in. The overall quality of the emblems was good and most importantly they arrived with no scratches! The matte black finish looks way better than the gloss finish on the Ford emblems. All of the alignment lugs fit like a glove and when I compared them the emblem sizes were exactly the same as the Ford emblems. Removing the Ford chrome badges was an absolute pain due to the heavy duty 3M tape that Ford uses. The tape used on the HPOW emblems seemed questionable at first, but once installed I had no trouble lifting or detaching the emblems. even on hot days with 100 degree weather.
