Review on 🌱 Versatile Green Filament 1.75mm: Unleash Your Creative Potential by Amrozi Goodall

It's easy to work with once you start customizing!

TPU is one of the flexible threads available in the market. Some things to watch out for: It's like wet noodles on a spool. This may seem sloppy, but you have to keep in mind that this is a FLEXIBLE thread. There are several "tutorials" for this type of thread. Here are the settings I found ideal for this filament on my Dremel 3D20: Layer Height: 0.2mm 20% infill - the less you use the more flexible it is. No Backfeed 220.0 * Temperature C40mm/s Print Speed Cooling on Fan Speed - 100% I chose to use the edges on the bench I printed, this is optional. After the Dremel finishes the job I plan to test the same model and settings on my GearRev Delta printer and will edit my review to reflect the results. Dremel is direct drive and Delta is Bowden. and has heated beds. Overall I'm very impressed with this thread. It's soft, doesn't smell funny, was packaged the same as some of the more expensive filaments, and when printed on a printer that claims to be all PLA, it prints very well. I make props on my printers so I usually use PLA, but I'm more than willing to use this filament for other projects that may require some flexibility. because I need to adjust the cooling parameters more. However. Now I have a very cute flexible bench.

Pros
  • Dimensional accuracy and consistency
Cons
  • Wrinkled packaging
