As a previous reviewer said. The starter works fine but the holes don't line up. I think the reason is that the OEM starter has a nut on each side of the starter bottom plate that holds it together and also holds the bottom bracket. The new starter has 2 nuts on each side that offset the bracket by about 1/8 inch or the thickness of the nut. I don't think it matters much considering the OEM price.
