Works great once I figure it out. At first I didn't want to charge my Otterbox, but then I discovered that the part they call the 'button' (the bottom part that holds the phone) is adjustable. It doesn't say that anywhere in the manual. I played with it at first and it's pretty tough. Thought it was tight and didn't want to pull too hard and break it. Tried again and it moved. After I set it up, the charging points matched and it works great. In the reviews I saw several people with similar problems
