While I love the design and functionality in such a compact size with a great battery life, I just don't like this vacuum. Ergonomics. This is definitely a case of form over function design. I work in design so I have lots of great styling ideas for a futuristic home appliance with cutting edge suction power and motor/battery efficiency, but it looks like it was designed entirely in CAD with no human thought. and ergonomics. Firstly, the vacuum works great, it's light weight and the attachments work well with it. Thanks to its compact size, it can be placed almost anywhere that a medium-sized vase or photo frame can fit. Now for the not so good ones. There's not much, so get ready to read. The stand and motorized brush head don't go together that well, the motorized brush head just doesn't fit properly and is easy to knock off, especially when wall mounted. I have a brush and edge tool permanently installed so there is always an extra slot for dedicated space in the charging cradle. I wouldn't use a vacuum without attachments as normal wear and tear would simply squeeze out the suction opening of the smoke-colored dust box. The only time I would consider using it without attachments is when the overall length is too long in a confined space. Mine uses the vacuum cleaner 80% of the time. I used it for a total of about 40 minutes (two charge cycles) after receiving the vacuum. Tested at home and in a dusty SUV. I have to say that installing in hard to reach places works really well compared to my Dyson Absolute Vacuum! It fits almost anywhere and while it seems easy to maneuver, the handle position is TERRIBLE! The vacuum puts your wrist at such an awkward angle, along with an odd rotational position for my entire wrist and arm, that it really limits maneuverability without changing grip and resorting to holding the vacuum cleaner body, which becomes more awkward. When I hold the No-Grip, I hold it right where the outlets are on the body of the vacuum cleaner, and the diameter of that part of the body borders on large. I have medium sized hands so I would imagine a person with small hands it would be very odd to hold and use them in this way. Finding the correct position to use was NOT the most comfortable, unless you are only vacuuming walls/floors while holding the vacuum cleaner in a 45° relative position as this is the most natural position for this vacuum cleaner. unintuitive and similar in size to a suction dial, I frequently hit the Max/Eco button instead of power on/off. The on/off switch should be more prominent than the vacuum selector switch. I'm still trying to get used to this unnatural, unintuitive layout. If you put the vacuum on a surface that isn't entirely flat, you will have to fiddle with it as it is VERY prone to tipping on its side. There's not much flat surface to sit on in a vacuum other than two charging tabs on the bottom and a small 1" x 4" flat patch behind the charging tabs. Emptying the vacuum cleaner is easy! I really liked this as the silicone gasket absorbed dust and debris from the perforated stainless steel filter block. Not sure what else is used in the filter media, but emptying the dust bin was surprisingly easy. By aligning and sliding the two main parts with a firm pressure and a pleasant tactile click, you'll be back to cleaning in no time. will get less work in bottlenecks. This is going to be an expensive little "quick clean" vacuum as it is used twice a week at best while the Dyson is still used daily! If I had robotic articulation the position of my wrist and hand wouldn't matter, but as a person with ligaments and fleshy limbs it gets a 3 out of 5 overall.
