Use these on my Nissan 370Z which has a VERY smooth ride. It came in handy for sanding paint for touch-ups and cleaning deeper scratches (followed by polishing paste, of course). The price is great too and since I cut them into smaller strips this should last a long time. I didn't let them fall apart like some others have said as they are only good for one use. That was NOT my experience, they worked well and lasted a long time. The grit range was perfect for car detailing, not too aggressive.
