Bought these for my 26ft boat. 5 pieces installed. 2 in the cabin, one above the daybed in the port saloon, 1 above the galley on the port side and one above the daybed in the saloon on the starboard side. The light is very white, which I like, and very bright, which I also like. The light spreads well and with my white interior with blue trim the interior looks great. I'm not exactly sure how white works with wood or darker interiors, but it's a personal choice. This looks great for a light interior. The attachment wires are tiny (22 ga?) and hooking them up to 16 ga boats was a bit tricky. The frame is fixed to the surface and the LED display rotates in the middle. It was a little difficult to get the butt joints and remove the light completely. Also, do not replace the countersunk screws with pan head screws when installing the front bezel. You won't be able to frame the light - ask me how I know - LOL. After all, they don't look very "reliable". Time will tell but I don't expect these lights to last more than 5 years in a marine environment. In general, they are worth their money.
