Review on ZileZile by Chris Burks

As a frequent online shopper, I chose to try ZileZile for my most recent clothes acquisition. Although the website was simple to use and had a large range, the customer care I experienced left plenty to be desired. I contacted their customer support department since I had some concerns about the fitting of a dress. Before I finally got a response, it took several tries, and even then, the agent was unhelpful and disrespectful. Despite my reservations, I decided to buy the dress in the hopes that the size chart on the website was reliable. I received my order, only to find the garment was too tiny. I got in touch with customer service right away to request a refund, and it was yet another frustrating encounter. I found the return procedure to be onerous and the shipping costs to be excessive. Overall, my interaction with ZileZile was unpleasant. Even though they offer an excellent range of items, their bad return policy and lack of customer support make it tough to shop with confidence. I'm hesitant to use them for future purchases.
