Broken, it never turned on

I was trying to turn on the device, but it did not. I thought that the device did not have batteries. Therefore, I decided to change them, and at that point, I realised that my machine was broken. I am very disappointed; it is the first time I buy something from your store, and it is broken.

Cons

Even after calibration was way off when compared with other pH meters.
