Review on 🪟 Gila 50196563 Frosted Faux Shades Window Film 12x78 - Enhance Privacy and Style with this Decorative Window Film by April Knowles

My side lights consist of six 7" x 11" window panes. Cropping the film was easy enough. Being so small all I had to do was wash the windows, remove the backing (didn't have to use the recommended tape trick), line it up with the window, press the squeegee down and dry. No need to apply soapy water and create bubbles. In itself it stuck well. A little water might help a little if I have to level a lot. But with these small applications everything is simple. I'm less impressed with the design. Please see my photos. Outside in daylight they look like mini blinds. When the sun shines, the design sparkles from within, enhancing the polka dot pattern. It's not bad, but mini blinds don't look like it at all. Also, you really can't see through this design - it's either bad or good, depending on what you're expecting. Not as transparent as the sample image provided by the manufacturer.
