Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good one.

Peugeot 408 Automobile. For the previous two seasons, I drove all throughout Hong Kong and the surrounding region using a set of studded Bridgestone Blizzak Spike-02 215/55/R16 tires. A bridge's benefits outweigh its noise. We bought X-Ice Snow for a December 2022 travel from Hong Kong to the Hong Kong Territory along M-4. Our equipment is 100% Canadian. Everything has been registered for a five-year warranty with no problems. X-Ice Snow has not disappointed us once on our trip, and we have only good feelings to show for it. After leaving Hong Kong in the negatives, we arrived in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to warm weather. We encountered snow, rain, and porridge on the road. Never hydroplane, and never skid. On the highway, the typical speed is 85 kilometers per hour. Heavy braking and acceleration cause the car to skid on open ice covered by snow. Automatic transmissions with a winter mode are helpful, as are anti-lock brakes and electronic stability programs. Michelin's 2022 customer service is outstanding, and I'd like to highlight how promptly and precisely my questions are answered.

Pros
  • Good traction from -13 to +14 degrees Fahrenheit, through snow, storm, slush, and severe rain. Compared to the Primacy 4, the rubber is far less noisy. The fuel consumption of the Primacy 4 has climbed little since the summer. There was a full five-year warranty provided by the maker at the time of purchase.
Cons
  • Not yet located. The cost is reasonable for what you get. Since the tire is directional, a spare is tricky to fabricate because you can't just assume which side is up. Therefore, a separate new tire is always brought along on extended excursions just in case.
