Euro Velcro (Alpine, Eurowinter, all-weather) is not suitable for St. Petersburg. Only models indicated by the manufacturer as winter without reservations, for example, like Goodyear "for the southern regions." Choose a winter Velcro and you will be happy. I don't agree with spikes anymore.
