Will they work? Yes, they do. Are they well built? Not really. I just replaced a latch on my 1998 Jeep Wrangler with one of these. 3 months failed. Removing the old one was a bitch because the head was torn off. The one I installed fits perfectly. I only wish they had lasted longer.
