That's 20 qt. the pot is perfect. I was skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews. So I'm wondering if the reviewers clicked on the wrong product when writing their review. This is absolutely professional level. All nickel free pots/pans MUST be used and prepared properly: Before first use: 1. Wash with warm soapy water. 2. Rinse again with a solution of vinegar and water. 3. Wash one last time with warm soapy water. you can go After the first use, it can be washed in the dishwasher. DO NOT use high heat. You don't have to bring it to a quick boil. This pot is so well constructed that it can boil 17 liters of water in 9 minutes. This pot exceeds $$$ of comparable size. I'm a retired professional chef, by the way. Have fun cooking!
