Review on 🐠 Enhance Your Aquarium Filtration with Marineland PR1940B 170 Bio Wheel Assembly Penguin Filter Parts by Rebecca Carter

Placed an order on 15th September 2010 for a complete Penguin Biowheel and 6 packs of filter cartridges. Received notification that the items were shipped the next day and both items were billed. Received the package around September 21st with only 6 pack filter cartridges and no Bio Wheel assembly. On 25th September 2010 we contacted the seller to request the status of the Biorad assembly and on 27th September 2010 they were told the item was out of stock and would be shipped as soon as it was in stock. I was never informed that it was out of stock prior to my status request. This information must be provided at the time the order is placed or at the latest before the goods are shipped. I then asked when the item would be available. On September 27, 2010 I was informed that it would be available next week. Then on September 28th I received another email from the supplier informing me that the item was in agreement with the supplier and would not be available in 1-2 weeks. Long story short, I've requested a refund. Not sure if anyone else had this issue but wanted to make sure it was documented. I, a good company, will not charge you for items it doesn't have and will let you know if items are out of stock. I gave 1 star for bad business practices, not the product.
