Review on 🔧 Honda GXV530 V-Twin Engine Starter - Rareelectrical Compatible: 31200-Z0A-003 DDWDN 228000-9480 by Ricky Rey

I will try to help others here: Sellers shipped very quickly / Thanks! The item is made in China, seems to work well but not original but affordable. I slightly enlarged the holes on the motor with a round file so they almost match. That's the most important. My engine "clicked" and wouldn't start so I figured it was the starter solenoid since my battery had good starting boosters. After installing this Chinese starter, it still worked / started maybe once in 20 tries as before :( I finally took it to a trustworthy repair shop and they told me that the honda desigh cable is small and doesn't charge fully, so suggested a new external solenoid so I said please do it and it's "Stens Starter Solenoid-MTD 925-1426A" off their bill and cost me 15.29 plus labor now it's starting GREAT! So starter is decent and shipping is great!but you MAY need an external solenoid.I took some digital pictures and will try to fit them.First 2 show the new solenoid with the original small red wire going to the small middle one Hooking up the new solenoids leads, and the other 2 larger wires go overboard / check it out, works GREAT and has a spare starter / remember the Ori ginal to reinstall when I have time and energy/beer :). The other pictures show the installation of a new Chinese starter motor and 2 holes on the motor which may need a little installation before I do the solenoid upgrade / HIGHLY recommend the solenoid!
