My new cat Obsessed with my aquariums. I turn around and there she is, literally standing with her whole upper body in a fish tank, trying to drink water and get to the fish. I bought this case thinking it was strong enough for snakes so it would work for cats too. It works fun! Catfish are now the only cats in the aquarium! The metal is so strong and strong that a cat can lie on top of the tank without bending or moving at all. The gatefold cover is good too. I can just direct the light to the back half so I don't have to take everything off to clean, feed or rearrange things, I can just open the front half quickly and easily. The lid is designed with open corners so it can be bent if you need it a little wider or a little narrower. It fits perfectly over the filter clip and there is a gap around the hinge perfect for the heating cable. It really is a perfectly designed product. It's worth it in every way. Just unbelievable.
