I just got my trackers and can't get most of the features to work. I am using Android 8.0.0. On both devices the hotel is blue but the app says "GPS not found" when you select "Start" and when you select "Location" it says "Waiting for local". When you press SOS on the device, the indicator flashes, but nothing else happens. I can't download maps, but that's probably because the location isn't working. The only function I can work with is sending text messages, but the app needs to be opened with the screen on or the message won't come and you'll never know I was sent. I've used two different Android devices and both have the same issues.
