Review on High-performance Edelbrock 3702 Performer-Plus Camshaft and Lifter Kit by Scott Chen
bad tappet included fits parts
I ordered a camshaft kit and installed it per the manufacturer's instructions, broke the camshaft as per the instructions and wasn't very happy to see such new tappets falling apart . Now I have to disassemble it again to see if the cam is ok and replace it with a new lifter. The car only has a 20 minute break-in period and 1 mile on it. I hope the camera is still ok, I don't know if Edelbrock makes their own elevators or not and I know it can happen, but what a disappointment.
