are some of my favorite features because I use them all the time. It's also helpful that it syncs into Google Drive so we can access our documents from anywhere! That said there could be just as many great options out there without needing this level of customization - maybe less? Have an Analyst who knows how to work in Dynamics 365 using Power BI make recommendations for your team members if they aren't already considering switching over before making any decisions about what you're looking at now or when evaluating other solutions down the road. Being able to quickly pull up information related to multiple projects via case links within EPM has been very valuable both internally (myself) & externally (customers).
