For DIYers, follow the instructions.

Pulled out a 2" x 6" dent approximately 1" deep. It took about 20 pulls to remove the dent, it was tiring but it worked. Didn't damage the paintwork at all, follow the instructions and start pulling about 4-5 minutes after applying the glue. I recommend the product.
