So I bought this item specifically to make my own mayonnaise based on the fact that my local specialty stores have a can of no preservatives, no canola, organic (you get the idea) mayonnaise for about $12 Dollars have a little jar that isn't even tasty, it just tastes good. So after seeing a YouTube video of someone making mayonnaise with one of these very easily (I tried to post a link but my review was not accepted with a link in it), I followed a very simple recipe using avocado oil , Lemon Juice, Dijon Mustard. , egg yolk and salt. Results: The awesome tuna and egg salad is back in the regular rotation without the extravagant expense of mayonnaise.
