I wanted it to be more likely that if I lost my keys, someone would find them and get them back. I think they'll do just fine for this: they sit very well on a keychain and are easy to mark with a Sharpie permanent marker. In fact, I ordered them while sitting in a conference room with someone else's keys on the table in front of him. me, but no ID. I wanted to call this person but there was no way to do it. This led me to conclude that my own keys had the same problem so I ordered these tags and tagged them with my phone number. I like them better than the paper ring version because the plastic seems to be much more durable. . It is easy to mark with a marker and will keep the mark. And it fits very snugly (remove extra ring) on top of the main key ring, nestles unobtrusively with other keys so is no different in my pocket and very convenient. I hope I never lose my keys but for the price here and the increased chance of getting them back if lost this seems like a great investment.
