The ease of use for election administrators is amazing! It's so easy to set up your own poll books or upload an existing one from another state- it literally takes minutes (and that includes uploading).

I wish there was more documentation about how things work at this level but every time we have questions our tech support team gets back in touch very quickly as well - they are always willing/able help us out when needed.- Polling place software could be improved by allowing multiple voting options instead just first come /first serve which isn't ideal if you want people who arrive late not being able get their vote counted unless someone else leaves before them due too long queues etc.. This has been resolved now though since implementing electronic polling station management systems like VoteBox where voters go directly into booths rather than waiting around outside until called through via phone call system used previously.
