Use small and medium collars together for medium sized cats.
We bought a medium sized collar for our 12kg cat but she managed to get out of it. We then bought the small one but she could still lick her wound from behind so we put the medium one under the small one and it worked great! This is a great alternative to a plastic cone or inflatable donuts! Our cat can eat, drink water and sleep much more comfortably.
