Review on Smart bracelet HONOR Band 5, black by Agata Konarska ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not a bad product, quite normal quality.

My very first wristband for working out. After using it for three weeks, conduct a review. I needed to restore my normal daily routine and improve my quality of sleep, so I took it, and at the same time I used it to motivate myself to move around more. After purchasing a complicated and time-consuming smartphone, numerous ates were installed in a row. Despite the fact that I have pointed out several of its flaws, I continue to like using it. So I won't be purchasing Honor Band 6 any time soon. Has some pros - Handy application for Android. It may at first appear to be a little confusing, but after some time it should be OK. I created a French Huawei account (the instructions and videos for doing so are available online), which enables me to earn medals for completing tasks within the application. More importantly, the data is saved in Huawei's cloud, from which it can be retrieved when required. The cloud is an indispensable tool for preventing the loss of historical data. - Display in color - In the event that it is essential, activate by waving your hand. - Text messages appear on the screen and vibrate when a call is being made - Export data to Google Fit through smartphone It is not required to maintain a constant connection with a smartphone in order to take advantage of the convenient synchronization that can be accomplished with one. Nonetheless, if you require GPS when you're working out, it's best to stay connected. In light of the fact that you have been sitting still for quite some time, there is a notification to remind you to get warm. A bit, but pleasant despite its advantages. - No pressure measurement. You realize that you need to get something for your grandmother all of a sudden. - Not intended to exert any form of influence over the player On the bracelet itself, it is not possible to monitor the user's pulse at any time without first activating the function that measures the user's pulse. Yet, you are able to enable real-time heart rate monitoring with the use of a smartphone. One option, the training mode, is an exception because it allows you to view your pulse at any moment. Even if you foolishly toss and turn on the bed during the night and do not sleep for a longer period of time, the phone will still generate a graph from the different phases of sleep in the morning. Although Huawei's lauded TruSleep technology suggests otherwise, you did not obtain the recommended amount of sleep each night. - Another stone to be found in the grounds of TruSleep. The phases of sleep cycle with a periodicity of five to six hours during an entire night's rest. cycles. There is potential for additional cycles of varying lengths to appear on the chart within the program. - Pedometer. When I jog, my steps are quite short. It has been discovered via training that the number of steps taken is not that significantly fewer than the mileage. There are hardly many dials that provide useful information (where the date, time, steps, calories, kilometers, weather, well, and the pulse would be reflected at the same time) While you are in the training mode, the heart rate threshold animation will superimpose alerts of your intermediate workout outcomes. It is unfortunate that there is no option to collaborate with other applications, such as Sports Tracker and Sleep as Android, but this limitation does exist. There is an observation in terms of the pulse level for aerobic, anaerobic, intense exercise, and fat burning that may be seen in the outcomes of the training regimen. But, towards the end of the day, week, month, or year, there are insufficient amounts of such. Whether I am out taking care of business or walking down the street, I do not always have the workout mode turned on. For instance, I'm curious as to how many minutes my heart rate was in the "fat burning" region when I was doing out. During the period in which the workout is paused, the only data that is displayed on the screen is the start and stop buttons; not even the current time is displayed. It is feasible to give the impression that fall or winter clothes have been falsely pressed. Wearing a bracelet on the inside aspect of the wrist can be of some use.
