I had several issues purchasing this computer. Firstly, it looks like I have a used keyboard or maybe a topped up computer in general? The biggest problem I had was that every time I ran it it was a dice roll as to whether or not I would get an ad. Everything has been updated and will work great one day and boot the computer the next but it doesn't show up no matter what I try. The other issue was Skytech customer service. After having trouble downloading the first time I emailed them as it was on a Sunday and they are closed on weekends, no problem. But I didn't get a response from them by Wednesday and when I emailed them back I didn't hear from them for another week. I even called and waited 15 minutes to be told to just leave a message and call back then I've already sent it back to amazon after 4 days so far. When it worked it was a great gaming PC that ran fast, smooth and looked good. Too bad I only got to play it half the time I had.
