Great charger if you have only dryer outlet (nema 14-30)
I didn't notice any problem so far. Quality is great, charges my ev from 20% to 100% over a night. I couldn't install another nema 14-50 for ev charging so I had to reuse existing nema 14-30 somehow. After some reviews i decided to get one of these. On top of that I had to install a switcher between dryer and ev after some time (see the pics) this way it's easier to operate both, less hassle with plugs.

- Not environmentally friendly
