I mean it works fine. The fit isn't exactly comfortable around the head unless you have a big head, but I'm a male so it's ok, could be tighter. There are no exhalation levels, they are all the same no matter what level you set them to. However, the inhalation resistance works quite well. The only negative thing about it is the location of the inhalation hole. It's off-center so you can tell exactly where it's going as you inhale. This is a problem when you strain as the entire mask moves towards this hole and then loses suction around the seal, especially when you start sweating. . For the price it serves its purpose. But there are better ones if you're willing to spend more.
