Great for use with a glass cutter
I have had great results cutting fusible glass with these pliers. I use a high quality "cutter wheel" (which doesn't cut, just scratches the glass). Line up the mark with the line on these pliers and slowly press down. Make sure the glass is supported. Quality fusing glass is expensive, so I appreciate the consistently good breaks I get with these pliers. The plastic-coated tips leave no marks on the glass. The screw allows me to adjust the pressure applied to glass of different thicknesses. Many other pliers are sold without a screw.
