I love using Himalayan pink sea salt and rainbow pepper, so a good grinder is a must. They definitely grind faster than other battery powered coffee grinders I've bought in the past, but maybe that's because I've bought much cheaper ones. You get what you pay for I guess. They seem very durable. The included stand is very handy and does a good job of catching the occasional salt and pepper that comes off the grinders - the metal trivets that come with other grinders just leave a mess on the table. I've been using them quite a bit since I got them and the batteries are still working. So far, so good. Their website also has a lot of helpful information and videos, especially videos on disassembling and cleaning coffee grinders. They really went above and beyond to make sure you know how to use and take care of these things. I haven't had to contact customer service yet, but I can tell from their website that they put a lot of effort into customer service. I am very happy with this purchase. I can't think of anything I don't like - at least not yet. Let's see how it goes once I have them for a while.
